Exchange & Returns

Elegant Stitches wants you to be satisfied with your product. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of original purchase. Each return accompanied by original receipt will be credited to original method of payment. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.

 

If the merchandise we ship differ from what you created at ElegantStitchesInc.com, you may return the item for a full refund, within 10 days of receiving the product. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

 

Saleable merchandise in original condition not accompanied by a receipt will not be accepted. Items screen printed, monogrammed or altered merchandise, special order clothing and sample sale items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

 

*Only U.S. credit to debit will be issued.

 

Manufacturer Defect

 

Elegant Stitches may replace or refund merchandise with a legitimate manufacturer defect.

 

In-Person Return

Please contact us beforehand and bring your invoice or receipt to our storefront location for a refund or exchange. All transactions should be in accordance with company policy.

 

Ship Your Return

Please contact us beforehand and notify us that you will be returning your item. All returns and exchanges should be done in accordance with our company policy.

*Return label can be found in original shipping package. The cost of shipping your package in return for a refund or exchange will be deducted from your total.
