WHERE IS THE ELEGANT STITCHES STOREFRONT LOCATED?

Our storefront is located at 237 First Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201. We have a staff member available Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 ET, Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM ET.

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTABLE?

For online purchases we require credit card, debit card, or PayPal. The following credit card companies are acceptable forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Citibank, and Bank of America.

 

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE BEFORE FINALIZING MY ORDER?

You may request a sample item if your order total is over $3,000.00. Please contact us with the product number.

 

HOW DO I VIEW YOUR CATALOG?

You can access our online catalog here to see options not available for purchase through our website. Send us a message or call for item availability.

 

WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD I SUBMIT?

Our design team will convert any file format you choose to submit; however, we do prefer some formats over others.

We prefer the following file formats:

EPS (Vector File)
PDF

(Portable Document Format)

JPEG/JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)

DOC (Document)

PNG (Portable Network Graphic)

CAN I PURCHASE MY OWN ITEMS AND HAVE THEM DESIGNED?

Yes, stop by our storefront and drop your items off, we can’t wait to meet you and hear some ideas!

 

HOW DO I OPEN AN EXISTING STORE?

DO YOU DIGITIZE LOGOS FOR EMBROIDERY?

Yes, we have a full-time staff member for digitizing your logos and files formats.

 

DO YOU VECTOR FILES FOR SCREEN PRINTING?

Yes, we have a full-time staff member that converts your logos and files formats into a vector format?

 

IS THERE A PRODUCT MINIMUM FOR in-person PURCHASES?

No, we only require a product minimum for online purchases. You can order items in-person with no minimum or bring them in to be designed.

 

WHAT ITEMS DO you CONDUCT WORK ON?

We design the following items: hats, sweatshirts, t-shirts, stockings, shorts, outerwear, towels, blankets, business apparel, etc. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

DO YOU DESIGN ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN HOUSE?

Yes, our staff designs and produces all of our content. We do not subcontract to outside parties.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
